Prices Effective July 15, 2008.

| We
regret to inform you that we have lost our long time supplier of
both Coach and Switch Lock Keys due to their inability |
| to
afford meeting mandated EPA mandates by both the State of Michigan
and the Federal Government. We have found |
| a
new supplier, but our costs have gone up 177% along with the price
of Silicone Bronze used in the molding process. |
|
| We
must pass this cost along with the increases we have received for
steel, shackles, plating and brass components. |
| Without
such adjustments, we too will go out of business due to expenses
in excess of income. |
|

10% to price of quantity for any order requesting 10 working days
shipment. |

| As
announced earlier, we will ONLY manufacture Keline keys to fit
Keline locks and Keline locks to be opened with Keline keys. If we
are requested to re-work keys to fit an Adlake lock, there will be
a $3.00 handling charge per key to alter our key to fit an Adlake
lock. We will further require that the customer requesting such an
action forward us an Adlake lock so we can make sure our modified
Keline key will fit and open the lock. |

| We
will continue to strive for shipment of all orders within 30
working days, excluding holidays. Material shortages
may cause temporary delays. Thank you for allowing us to be of
service to you in the past. We
